Welcome to IAPSMUPUKCON 2026, to be held at VCSGGIMS&R,
Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand (22nd–24th October 2026). If your Abstract has
been selected in the Poster or Oral category,
please follow the respective guidelines below.
Poster Presentation Guideline
Instructions for Poster Presentation (Offline)
- Use the same Title as submitted in your abstract.
- Name the file as "REG NO – FIRST NAME – POSTER"
e.g. if your registration number is 28 and your name is Dr. Mahesh, the file
name would be "28 – MAHESH – POSTER".
- Posters should be prepared in PORTRAIT format and in
ENGLISH only.
- Digital Poster Only will be displayed in electronic mode on a LED screen
(no other mode, e.g. flex posters, will be allowed).
- Poster size: Poster ratio – 9:16 (vertical format),
preferably using Microsoft PowerPoint software.
- The name(s) of the author(s) and address(es) should be written below the
title in small letters.
- Figures and diagrams must be simple and self-explanatory (no videos,
animations, embedded documents or hyperlinks).
- Use font size not less than 12 and ensure good contrast.
- The presenting author name should be underlined and must be registered for
the Conference.
- Posters not complying with any of the above conditions will not be
accepted.
- Delegates need not bring their own laptops to the venue — each hall is
equipped with AV aids.
- Keep the file size below 5 MB.
- All presenters are required to report at the designated venue 15 minutes
prior to the presentation.
- Conflict of interest, if any, will be the sole responsibility of the
presenting author.
- Financial interest, if any, must be disclosed and included in the poster.
Presentations must not be used to promote a commercial product.
Poster content should be divided into the following sections:
- Title
- Authors
- Affiliation
- Introduction
- Material and Methods
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- References (only 2–3)
Each presenter will be given a time slot of 5 minutes in total, followed by a
2 minute Q&A session. All presenters are requested to strictly keep their
allocated time slots — session chairs will enforce the schedule.
Submission Deadline: Submit your Poster Presentation via the
Google form below, positively by 20th October 2026, 5:00 pm
(NO PRESENTATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER). Also bring your presentation on a
Pen drive to the venue, without any change from the submitted version, in case
of technical difficulty.
Oral Presentation Guideline
Instructions for Oral Presentation (Offline)
- Use the same Title as submitted in your abstract.
- Name the file as "REG NO-FIRST NAME-ORAL" e.g. if your
registration number is 28 and your name is Dr. Mahesh, the file name would
be "28-MAHESH-ORAL".
- The language of the presentation must be English. Slides must be in
IMRAD format (Introduction, Material and Methods, Results
and Discussion, with relevant Conclusion and References).
- We strongly recommend slides be prepared in PowerPoint (ppt, pptx).
- Use font size not less than 24 in the body.
- A single slide should not be too congested or busy.
- You must allow time for questions within your assigned time slot.
- All speakers are requested to strictly keep their allocated time slots.
- Keep the file size below 5 MB (in special circumstances,
e.g. high-res images or attached AV files, the maximum file size that can
be uploaded is 10 MB).
- All presenters are required to report at the designated venue 15 minutes
prior to the presentation.
- Conflict of interest, if any, will be the sole responsibility of the
presenting author.
Each presenter will be given a time slot of 10 minutes in
total. The Oral presentation itself should not exceed 8 minutes,
followed by a 2 minute Q&A session. Session chairs will enforce the
schedule.

Google form below, positively by 20th October 2026, 5:00 pm
