Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstracts for poster and paper presentations should be related to at least one of the domains/themes listed below. All selected abstracts submitted within the deadline of 15^th Aug, 2026.

Applicants should choose the topic that most closely matches the theme of their abstract.

General Guidelines

• Abstract submission shall start from 15th May 2026.
• Last date for abstract submission is 15th August 2026.
• No abstract will be accepted after the last day.
• All the delegates submitting the abstract must have to be registered for the conference.
• Abstract that has been previously published in any journal or presented at any conference should not be submitted.
• All submitted abstracts will undergo a review process by the scientific committee before being selected for the conference, including the format of presentation.
• The scientific committee’s decision on the mode/category of presentation (Oral or Poster) of the submitted abstract will be final.
• Abstracts should be structured as Background & Objectives, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, Keywords and must be within the word count of 250 words.
• The presenting author should have registered for the conference. Only one person will be allowed to present, and only the presenting author will be issued a certificate.
• Define all abbreviations and acronyms at first use.
• Abstracts must be self-contained, with no reference to other documents.
• The Scientific committee of the conference reserves the right to reproduce the abstract submitted in souvenirs in print or electronic media.

Format for Abstract Submission

1. Background and Objectives – Introduction to the issue/problem and purpose of the study or hypothesis.
2. Methodology – Briefly explain methods used to achieve objectives.
3. Results – Key findings in summary form.
4. Conclusion – Summary and recommendations.
5. Keywords – 3–5 keywords.
